Journalist- Intern

As a Journalism Intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced reporters and editors, contributing to various aspects of the news production process. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with research and fact-checking for news stories and feature articles. - Gathering information, conducting interviews, and developing story ideas. - Writing and editing articles, blog posts, and other content as assigned. - Participating in editorial meetings and providing input on story development. - Helping with social media management and audience engagement. - Assisting in the preparation of multimedia content, including photos and videos. - Maintaining accurate and organized records of research and source materials. - Performing administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and managing press contacts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. - Strong writing, editing, and research skills. - Familiarity with news writing standards and ethical journalism practices. - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms. - Basic multimedia tools and software knowledge are a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Enthusiasm for current events and a passion for journalism.,
