Key Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation and Management: · Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales transactions. · Ensure invoices are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. · Maintain accurate records of invoices and related transactions. Accounts Receivable Management: · Track outstanding invoices and payments. · Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. · Apply payments to customer accounts accurately.
