Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India About Us: Utech Fasten Pvt Ltd is an indian manufacturer that have been making steel fasteners since the last 20 years, we're a global company with offices in UAE, Saudi and North America and our main manufacturing facility is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a crucial role for our expansion in the region, focusing on aggressive dealer development and direct market engagement to drive demand for our products. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Network Expansion: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers across Hyderabad and surrounding areas to expand our distribution network. Dealer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new dealers, providing them with product knowledge, sales support, and incentives. Market Demand Generation: Regularly visit end-customers (e.g., retailers, contractors, consumers depending on your product) in the market to educate them about our product features, benefits, and competitive pricing. Product Promotion & Education: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and awareness campaigns directly with end-customers to create strong demand for our offerings. Sales Enablement: Work closely with dealers to ensure optimal product stocking, visibility, and effective sales strategies, ultimately driving sales through the dealer network. Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, dealer interactions, and market feedback, providing regular reports to management. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in [mention your industry or a similar B2B/B2C environment]. Demonstrated success in building and managing dealer networks. Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Experience: 3 + years About the Role: A Sales Billing Accountant handles the financial aspects of sales, including preparing invoices, managing accounts receivable, and resolving billing discrepancies, while also ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation and Management: · Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales transactions. · Ensure invoices are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. · Maintain accurate records of invoices and related transactions. Accounts Receivable Management: · Track outstanding invoices and payments. · Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. · Apply payments to customer accounts accurately.
