Position: Store & Dispatch Executive Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field Experiance :2 - 5 Years Salary : 2.5 LPA - 3.8 LPA JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience in electronic components store items. · · Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. · Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders. · Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns · Manage inventory/supplies. & also floor management. · Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom. · Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies. · Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses. · Create purchase orders and perform procurement activities. · Responsible for damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate. · Maintaining supply inventory database; updating database of materials, supplies, and equipment; generating related reports to verify inventory levels. · The distribution and issuance of supplies, materials, and/or equipment based on incoming requests and orders. · Responsible for conducting an inspection on the receipt of delivery from suppliers to verify the quality and quantity of materials and equipment received against specifications and units ordered, after which they dispatch the incoming items to the appropriate areas within the facility. · The storekeeper must also prepare and maintain a variety of records related to the organization’s store activities and assist in keeping the assigned facility clean and orderly. · Reports to maintain · Stocks Inward /Outward. (weekly) · Parts replacement & Return. (weekly) · Scrap stock report. (Weekly) · Batch wise stock requisition report. · Physical Stock report (Weekly) · Stock Consumption · Any other work assigned by seniors.
