The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out fitting and preventive maintenance tasks on injection moulding machines, moulds, and related equipment. This role is essential to ensure smooth production operations and minimal machine downtime. Key Responsibilities : Perform regular maintenance and basic repairs on injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment. Assemble, disassemble, and install machine parts, moulds, and tools. Assist in the setup and changeover of moulds as per production requirements. Troubleshoot mechanical issues under the supervision of senior technicians. Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns. Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for all servicing and repair activities. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance operations. Support production and quality teams in maintaining equipment performance. Clean, lubricate, and calibrate machinery as required. Requirements : ITI certification in Fitter / Mechanical / Maintenance. 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably plastic injection moulding).
