Job Role & Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients for property buying, selling, or investment. Explain Reparv’s services, subscription plans (Sales Partner, Territory Partner, etc.), and assist in the onboarding process. Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and property site visits. Build and maintain a strong client database. Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end deal closure. Generate leads through online/offline channels, local networking, and digital platforms. Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance. Requirements: Passion for sales and customer interaction. Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided). Good communication and negotiation skills.
