Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Management Open and close the café/bakery according to standard procedures. Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any on-site issues. Monitor inventory levels; order supplies and ingredients as needed. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries. 2. Staff Supervision Schedule, train, and manage staff (baristas, bakers, servers, etc.). Maintain high staff morale and address any disciplinary issues. Conduct regular performance reviews. 3. Customer Service Ensure excellent customer experience at all times. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally. Promote a warm, welcoming environment. 4. Sales & Reporting Track daily sales and prepare end-of-day financial reports. Meet or exceed sales targets and suggest promotional activities. Maintain proper cash handling and billing procedures. 5. Health, Safety & Hygiene Ensure the café/bakery complies with food safety and hygiene regulations. Oversee cleanliness and sanitation in all areas (kitchen, service, dining). Conduct regular health and safety checks. RequirementsEducation & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred). 2–4 years of experience in café/bakery or F&B operations. Prior supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
