Job Roles & Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and record patients conditions, medical histories, and vital signs. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families. Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control and hospital policies. Operate and monitor medical equipment. Respond quickly to emergencies and perform first aid/CPR when necessary. Document care provided and update patient records accurately. Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
