Drafting IPR Oppositions and Cancellation Applications and Evidence of Affidavits, Applications, Examination Report Replies, . Drafting Cease & Desist Notices, Undertakings , Assignment Deeds and other IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) related drafts. Assisting Legal Head in IPR Litigation Matters . Discussing & Advising on Case with Clients. Attending Show-cause & Opposition Hearings. Stay updated on Changes in IPR laws and industry trends and develop strategies for the client and the firm.
