About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled SAP MM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes, and a solid understanding of MM integration with other SAP modules. As an SAP MM Consultant, you will lead and participate in the entire SAP project lifecycle-from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP MM S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Design and implement Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management business processes within SAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, WM, FICO) to ensure seamless module integration. Prepare and execute test plans (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) to validate solutions. Ensure successful data migration and cutover strategy implementation aligned with business requirements. Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and end-user training. Understand and leverage S/4HANA simplifications and innovations in the MM module. Document all solution processes and provide detailed knowledge transfer to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant. Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA MM, including greenfield or migration projects. Expertise in core SAP MM processes : Material Master Management Purchasing & Procurement (Standard, Subcontracting, Consignment, Stock Transport Orders) Inventory Management (Goods Receipt/Issue, Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory) Valuation & Account Determination Pricing Procedures Experience with data migration tools (LTMC, BODS, LSMW) and cutover planning. Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and agile project execution. Hands-on knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for MM is a plus. Proficient in creating functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
