Job Description: Were seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our luxury resort in Tala. This role demands a dynamic, detail-oriented leader who ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise all departments — Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. • Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and handle any service recovery promptly. • Implement and maintain high standards for cleanliness, service, and overall presentation. • Oversee staff training, development, and performance to maintain a motivated team. • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure revenue targets are met without compromising service quality. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Coordinate with senior management to achieve strategic goals and continuous improvement.
