Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Tala. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at Forest Hills at Tala, managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will also handle logistics, maintenance, and budget management to ensure the smooth functioning of the resort.
