Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage civil construction activities including buildings, roads, drainage systems, landscaping, and infrastructure. • Review architectural and structural plans to ensure feasibility and compliance with local building codes. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, interior designers, and vendors for timely completion of new development or renovation projects. • Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. • Conduct regular inspections to assess the structural integrity and condition of resort buildings and infrastructure. • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovation works while minimizing disturbance to resort guests. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the construction and maintenance process. • Recommend and implement improvements in civil structures, drainage, water harvesting, waste management, and sustainable building techniques. • Maintain accurate documentation of civil works including plans, contracts, and maintenance logs.
