Job Title: Loading and Unloading Helper Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Working Hours: Typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; may vary based on operational needsQureos+7Jooble+7HRBLADE+7 Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and physically fit Loading and Unloading Helper to assist in the efficient handling of goods within our manufacturing operations. The role involves manual loading and unloading of materials, ensuring the safe and timely movement of products, and maintaining an organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: Assist in loading goods, products, or materials onto trucks or transport vehicles according to shipment orders or inventory lists. Unload goods from trucks or containers upon arrival, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage. Organize goods inside trucks or storage areas in a safe and efficient manner to optimize space. Lift and move heavy items manually or with the aid of equipment (e.g., hand trucks, dollies). Ensure that goods are handled properly, paying attention to weight distribution and safety protocols. Help keep track of inventory by counting items, checking for damages, and ensuring all goods are accounted for during loading and unloading. Adhere to safety regulations while lifting, loading, and unloading to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that areas are free from debris or obstacles that could cause harm. Assist with the packing or unpacking of items, securing goods in boxes, crates, or pallets to prevent damage during transport. Work as part of a team with other loaders, unloaders, or drivers to ensure smooth and timely loading/unloading. Notify the supervisor or manager immediately if any items are damaged or discrepancies in the shipment are noticed. Help with basic documentation, such as logging shipments, recording inventory, or taking note of any special instructions.
