Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified 1st Class Boiler Operator to operate, maintain, and monitor high-pressure boilers and related equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the boiler systems to meet facility demands. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor high-pressure boilers, pumps, compressors, and other auxiliary equipment. Conduct routine inspections of boilers, feedwater systems, valves, gauges, burners, and other systems to ensure safe operation. Maintain accurate records of meter readings, fuel consumption, water treatment, maintenance activities, and performance metrics. Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on boiler equipment and auxiliary systems. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulatory standards, including maintaining proper pressure, temperature, and emissions levels. Strong knowledge of boiler operation, water treatment, and combustion principles. Familiarity with mechanical systems, control systems, and industrial safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call as required. Preferred Skills: Experience with DCS - based boiler systems.
