Day Care Resource Educator
Timing: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (timings may vary based on the center)
Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream preferred
Candidates with experience or certification in Montessori / Play School
teaching will be given preference
Prior experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is
desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Engage children in meaningful and age-appropriate activities such as:
o Art & Craft
o Storytelling
o Structured and non-structured games
Support in developing Activities of Daily Living (ADL), life skills, and social
skills in children
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
Observe, understand, and cater to the individual needs of each child
Collaborate with parents and other staff members to track and support each
child's development
Maintain hygiene, discipline, and care protocols as per the center guidelines
Key Competencies:
Creative and energetic approach with children
Patience, empathy, and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of children and the center
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
