Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with prospective parents who have shown interest via ads, webinars, WhatsApp, referrals, or consultations. Build rapport and understand each parent's unique concern and journey. Clearly communicate the value of IND’s structured programmes in relatable terms. Handle objections around therapy overload, budget, past disappointments, or skepticism. Maintain accurate records in CRM, update lead status, and plan follow-up calls/messages strategically. Coordinate with the CRM and Consultation teams to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment. Meet weekly enrolment and conversation benchmarks with consistency.
