Role Summary We are seeking empathetic and persuasive Sales Executives to connect with parents, understand their concerns, guide them through our solution pathway, and help them make the decision to enroll. This is not high-pressure sales—it is consultative guidance . You’ll listen deeply, clarify doubts, handle objections patiently, and ensure the parent sees the value in our structured, parent-led approach. Your role is vital in ensuring that qualified prospects become committed participants , enabling their children to receive life-changing support. Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with prospective parents who have shown interest via ads, webinars, WhatsApp, referrals, or consultations. Build rapport and understand each parent's unique concern and journey. Clearly communicate the value of IND’s structured programmes in relatable terms. Handle objections around therapy overload, budget, past disappointments, or skepticism. Maintain accurate records in CRM, update lead status, and plan follow-up calls/messages strategically. Coordinate with the CRM and Consultation teams to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment. Meet weekly enrolment and conversation benchmarks with consistency.
