Job Title: Shop Floor Supervisor Location: Burgulla, Telangana Company: South Glass Pvt Ltd Job Description: South Glass Pvt Ltd is seeking a Shop Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities at our advanced glass processing unit in Burgul. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, team supervision, and a solid understanding of production targets and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Supervise production activities and manpower on the shop floor Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time Monitor quality control at each stage of processing (cutting, tempering, laminating, etc.) Coordinate with maintenance for machinery upkeep and safety Train and guide workers to meet productivity and safety standards Maintain daily reports and production logs Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (glass industry preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with production processes, safety standards, and basic mechanical knowledge Ability to manage shifts and resolve on-floor issues independently Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Production / relevant trade preferred Job Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Factory – NH-44, Burgul, Mahabubnagar District Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank About the Role: The Gold loan officer services the gold loan customers who require short term, low interest loans by ensuring valuation of the gold by the empanelled valuer and the disbursement of the loan as per the laid down policy. The Gold Loan Officer coordinates with the vendor, sales team and the customers to ensure smooth execution of all processes Key Responsibilities Conduct credit appraisal of loans, sanctioning as per DOP and ensure disbursal of loan within stipulated TAT Provide assistance in Gold valuation and execution of documents/registers Responsible for Data entry, Closure/Renewal & Account opening in system and for maintaining control returns Responsible for the Safe keeping of Gold, Custodian of Storage Keys & File management Render support to the Collection team for Auction Co-ordinate with OCL team & ensure all files are received and stored Assist the IAD/FCU Audit team Ensure Zero discrepancy during Internal audit & concurrent audit, review faults & improvise process to ensure these are not repeated.
