Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher (Female Only) Location: Sendhwa Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Principal/Academic Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and educate young learners in their foundational years. The ideal candidate should have a warm and engaging approach to teaching, fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children. Use play-based learning techniques to enhance student engagement. Encourage positive behavior and ensure discipline in the classroom. Assess and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities. Ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the educational experience. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a relevant field. Certification in Montessori or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is preferred. Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar role. Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning.
