We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle real-time support tasks including direct communication with workers and service providers. She will also play a key role in operational coordination and occasionally support on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to workers and service providers for onboarding, coordination, and feedback collection.
