Job Title: Senior Architect Gender: Male/Female (Both Can Apply) Industry: Interior Design & Architecture Location: Saraswati Garden, Rajouri Garden, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Description: We are looking to hire an experienced and creative Senior Architect for a leading Interior & Architecture firm based in Saraswati Garden, Rajouri Garden. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling residential and commercial projects from concept to execution, with strong leadership and client-handling abilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and development for interior and exterior projects. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams. Ensure design compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Conduct site visits for supervision and project progress monitoring. Manage junior architects and oversee their work quality and timelines. Prepare BOQs and collaborate with the estimation team. Handle project presentations and approvals from clients.
