We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the daily cleaning and upkeep of our 34-room corporate hotel. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and able to lead a small housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the hotel. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas Check rooms after cleaning to ensure standards are met Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their work Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities Coordinate with the front office for room readiness and special guest requests Report maintenance issues to the concerned department or manager Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly Maintain records such as room status, staff attendance, and cleaning checklists Train new housekeeping staff when needed Requirements: At least 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with some supervisory experience preferred Able to read and communicate in basic English and Hindi/Telugu Good leadership and time management skills Should be familiar with cleaning processes and hotel housekeeping standards Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Walk in interview.
