Responsible for Strategizing Supply Chain Management Activities for Raw material, Packing material, Capex, Indirect Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics & all other Services. Actively engaged in Organizational Budget meeting committee to decide Procurement Strategies for Products. Responsible for preparing Supply Chain Budget and Strategy and further submitting to Management for approval on All Procurement Categories Prepares Monthly Site Raw Material Purchasing Summary Reports and submit to Management for their review. Actively Involved in Preparing Data Analytics of Supply Chain Activities. Deciding a Way for forward to build better efficiency in Supply Chain Work culture Responsible for quick decisions in Sourcing, Vendor Identifications during procurement of Key Raw materials which contributes to 85% of Total sales by, devising and use fruitful sourcing strategies. International Sourcing & Negotiating on Bulk Volumes, Imports for the products Globally, as required by Business.
