Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and well-connected liaison executive to manage external coordination with government departments, regulatory bodies, and third-party agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely approvals, resolving statutory issues, and maintaining smooth communication between the company and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and government officials, local authorities, and statutory bodies. Coordinate for approvals, licenses, clearances, and compliance-related documentation. Follow up on applications and ensure timely resolution of any pending regulatory matters. Maintain accurate records of communication, approvals, and submissions. Assist legal or administrative teams with documentation, contracts, land records, or site-related regulatory files. Represent the company in meetings with municipal corporations, pollution control boards, electricity boards, registration offices, etc. Stay up-to-date on local regulations, policies, and changes affecting the organization’s projects or operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate future coordination. Support senior management with updates on government procedures, bottlenecks, and critical timelines.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven accountant to manage our financial records, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle day-to-day financial operations, including GST, TDS, payroll, and finalization of accounts. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements. Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations. Prepare GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports. Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and follow up on collections. Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and MIS. Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, bills, and financial documents. Support external audits and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking. Manage payroll-related entries and timely disbursal. Ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions and reporting.

Mandatory Qualifications Location: Only candidates residing in Coimbatore are eligible to apply. Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass and above. Experience: Prior experience in sales or furniture retail is preferred. Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in English. Complete coordination between all applicable parties for all air and sea export shipments for our customers; ensures timely bookings with an airline on customer behalf Prepares export documentation in accordance with country requirements as Certificates, Airway Bill and any other documents required by the customer Responsible for timely completion of export documents and coordinating with both customer and/or warehouse for timely delivery of cargo Communicates regularly with the customer in regards to customer’s shipment status as well as continuous communication with overseas to meet delivery commitments; follow-up with the airline to monitor and track departure and arrival information and updates Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy. Ensure to have accurate and updated customer profiles Skills / Requirements : 2+ years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry, air/sea export experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent language & command of English Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.
