Greetings From Rio Overseas Education & consultancy Requirement:- visa counsellor Position:- 3 position Salary:- 35000 to 45000 per month Incentive extra Experience:- 1 to 3 year About Rio Education Rio Education was established in year of 2011 with aims to provide services to student who are planning to study in abroad also offering English proficiency test training Job Responsibilities - Being well informed and updated about the visa processes of various countries. - Knowledge about study abroad process of different countries, mainly UK, USA, Canada, Australia, new Zealand and Europe - Responsible for guiding students and associates on study abroad visa for countries like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, new Zealand and Europe - Verifying documents and filling visa forms for the students. - Following up on visa application processes from start to end - Maintaining cordial relations with the students and branches. - Ensure that the students are well prepared by the team for visa interviews - Periodic reports to the Management - Ensuring the compliance of the process and systems in the office - Ensure that the team is compliant with the Visa documentation and processes - Active participation and contribution during education fairs, universities visits and in-house seminars organized by the company. - Taking initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensure that deadlines are met and the students/ associate have a positive experience during the entire admission process. - SOP writing as per the country - Assessment of profile: The abroad education consultant will look into, understand and evaluate the student’s profile and then provide and recommend them with the best study courses and suitable program in international colleges. - Selecting the University: The overseas study consultant will help the students find the best University with international recognition and top-quality education. The expert will guide and advise a student to make a final decision about the University of their choice. They offer guidance to the students regarding scopes, the student hub, etc. - Admission Processing: The study consultants will help students fill up their admission forms in an easy and hassle-free manner, getting ready the financial documents, paperwork processing, and applying for a visa. Most well-known overseas education consultants also guide their students regarding the admission time of different colleges and universities, approximate expenses, fee structure, and more. They make all the arrangements for the admission of a student. Firstly, they will bring the student to the expected level of qualifying tests. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance to help clients configure and use the HRMS software effectively and accurately.
