Provide training and ongoing support to healthcare staff to ensure optimal use of equipment. Market Analysis and Competitor Research Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Present findings and strategic recommendations to management. Manage Sales Pipeline and CRM Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with potential leads and existing customers. Collaborate with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from customers to aid in product development and improvement. Stay Informed on Product Knowledge Continuously update knowledge of ultrasound technology and industry standards. Attend training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional expertise. Prepare Sales Reports

Ensuring meeting PI Targets within cost limit specified on monthly basis. ¥ Ensuring legal guidelines are complied for entire collection structure in letter and sprits. ¥ Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force. ¥ Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct. ¥ Continuously monitoring collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
