Requirement DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Achieve Sales Targets Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing them with relevant product information and support. Conduct Product Demonstrations and Training Arrange and conduct presentations and demonstrations of ultrasound devices to potential clients. Provide training and ongoing support to healthcare staff to ensure optimal use of equipment. Market Analysis and Competitor Research Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Present findings and strategic recommendations to management. Manage Sales Pipeline and CRM Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with potential leads and existing customers. Collaborate with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from customers to aid in product development and improvement. Stay Informed on Product Knowledge Continuously update knowledge of ultrasound technology and industry standards. Attend training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional expertise. Prepare Sales Reports
