Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in an administrative or front office supervisory role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software (e.g., MS Teams, Outlook, scheduling systems). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Skills: Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments. Education: LLB/ BL Experience: 5 - 8 years from reputed Real Estate Companies. Location: Chennai Experience: - Must have knowledge of conducting Legal Due-Diligence / local laws for the properties to be acquired by the Company. - Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports. Coordinating with external advocates for obtaining legal opinion. - Coordinating with Bank Panel Advocates for obtaining legal opinion for project approvals & project finance. Handling queries raised by customers/advocates - Should be well versed with drafting with Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc., and other deeds in relation to property - LBB Graduate with minimum 5-8 years' experience in Real Estate Industry & Land Purchase / Non Litigation - Should have excellent command over the Tamil and English language. Roles and Responsibilities: - Expert knowledge in all kinds of civil litigation more specifically land-related matters. Should be well versed with Revenue department functioning. - Due Diligence of the Immovable Properties and rendering an opinion on the marketable title of immovable properties. - To identify the risk factors, and critical issues in the land documents & bring them to the notice of the Head of Legal. - Drafting of Agreements, Sale deeds, lease deeds, JDA's, Construction Agreements, MOUs, Joint Ventures, all Agreements relating to Infra Projects and Real Estate & Property Development, etc. - Conduct legal research on various aspects of property law, including statutes, regulations, and case law, to support legal function and external counsels to formulate the strategies. - Closely coordinate with the external counsels and advocate offices regularly. - Willingness to identify and take up new tasks and be a team player.
