Job Summary: The Field Executive is responsible for promoting and selling cattle feed products to farmers, distributors, and dairy businesses in the assigned territory. This role involves building relationships, providing after-sales support, educating customers about feed benefits, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell cattle feed products in the assigned region. Identify new business opportunities, retailers, and farmers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, cattle owners, and distributors. Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Product Demonstration & Education: Conduct field visits, on-farm trials, and product demonstrations. Educate farmers on proper feeding practices, feed conversion ratios, and animal nutrition. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Collect customer feedback and relay to the marketing or product development team. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales calls, field visits, orders, and payments. Submit daily/weekly reports to the manager. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years in cattle feed, dairy, or agri-input sales preferred. Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills Understanding of dairy farming and livestock management Willingness to travel extensively Benefits: Competitive salary + performance incentives + Travelling allowance
