MIS (Production Booking, RM Posting) and Billing (Prepare, Verification, Submit) Scope of work finalization with customer as per drawing Received an actual supply from our end Get a monthly priority plan from the customer/project team. Daily updating of the project MIS sheet for PMO requirement. Monitor and expedite the fabrication and dispatch by coordinating with the vendors in the fabrication yard, the production team, the painting team, QC team, and the dispatch team. Provide a monthly fabrication and dispatch plan to the customer by discussing it with the other departments and monitoring the progress also. Reconciliation and project closing Good experience in project planning and interdepartmental coordination/customer coordination after receiving the order till dispatch/completion of the project. Possess sound knowledge of the entire range of production/fabrication activities, viz., production needs, design, process/equipment selection, capacity planning, material and consumable planning, project planning, etc. Data updating and validation. Preferred candidate profile Contract review of all documents, risk management of projects. Sales order preparation and arrangement of kickoffmeetings and pre-production meetings as per project requirements. Creation, circulation, and maintenance of all contractual documents and records. Coordination with internal and external agencies for smooth running of projects. Generating various planning reports, including production reports, work in progress, and finished job status. Undertake order closure in SAP on successful completion of the project. Order tracking, Generating order backlog, Coordination with the client for job status and periodic release of delivery schedules and projections.

Role & responsibilities Interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications to guide shop floor activities. Plan and schedule fabrication work as per project timelines and resource availability. Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and delivery standards. Coordinate with design, planning, quality, and procurement teams to resolve technical and material issues. Supervise fabrication of structural, piping, or mechanical components as per project requirements. Ensure effective manpower deployment and machine utilization to achieve production targets. Monitor welding activities, joint preparation, fit-up, and dimensional accuracy of fabricated assemblies. Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as ASME, AWS, ISO, or customer-specific codes. Implement process improvements to optimize cycle time, reduce rework, and improve efficiency. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of fabrication processes, including inspection and test reports (ITPs). Work closely with the QA/QC team during inspections, stage clearances, and customer audits. Maintain workplace safety and ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions in case of deviations or rework. Track material consumption and assist in inventory control for plates, pipes, welding consumables, and fixtures. Support in cost estimation and technical inputs for bids, if required. Train and guide fabrication teams on work instructions, technical specifications, and safety protocols. Preferred candidate profile Technical Expertise Strong understanding of fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, fitting, and assembly. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, welding symbols, and GD&T. Familiarity with fabrication standards and codes (ASME, AWS, ISO, DIN, etc.). Production Planning & Execution Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate fabrication activities to meet project timelines. Skilled in resource management, including manpower, machines, and materials. Hands-on experience in executing shop floor operations with efficiency. Welding Knowledge Good knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, MIG, TIG, SAW) and consumables. Understanding of WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and WPQRs (Welder Performance Qualification Records). Experience in supervising weld fit-ups, joint preparation, and visual inspections. Quality & Compliance Ensures adherence to quality standards and fabrication tolerances. Coordinates with QA/QC teams for inspections, stage-wise clearances, and documentation. Capable of identifying defects and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Role & responsibilities Plan, supervise, and execute all blasting and painting activities in accordance with project specifications and standards (e.g., SSPC, NACE, ISO). Ensure surface preparation and coating application meets required Dry Film Thickness (DFT), profile, and adhesion standards. Coordinate daily tasks and resources with production teams, project managers, and quality personnel to ensure timely project execution. Monitor and maintain blasting and painting equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety. Ensure safe operations in the paint shop and yard, adhering to HSE standards and PPE compliance. Track material usage and optimize paint and consumable consumption while maintaining quality. Maintain accurate records of paint usage, DFT measurements, environmental conditions, and quality checks. Conduct inspections and prepare documentation for internal quality control and third-party/client inspections. Handle painting procedure approvals, Pre-Qualification Tests (PQT), and sample testing with external labs as required. Identify causes of rework or defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with the Purchase team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of paints, abrasives, and other consumables. Support in forecasting paint and consumable needs and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI). Ensure all documentation is maintained in compliance with ISO/IMS or customer-specific requirements. Lead or assist in training programs related to blasting and painting techniques, safety, and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Familiarity with standards like SSPC, NACE, ISO 8501, and ASTM related to blasting and coating. Blasting Techniques - Proficient in abrasive blasting, shot blasting, or grit blasting, including media selection and profile specification. Painting & Coating Systems - Understanding of industrial coatings, including epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich primers, and fireproofing systems. Coating Application Methods - Experience with airless spray, brush/roller application, and plural-component systems. Coating Inspection & Testing - Competency in using tools like DFT gauges, holiday detectors, and adhesion testers. Familiar with inspection procedures as per SSPC-PA2, ISO 19840, etc. Environmental & Safety Compliance - Knowledge of HSE standards (e.g., confined space entry, fume extraction, PPE requirements) in coating operations. Material & Equipment Handling - Familiar with blasting pots, compressors, spray pumps, and coating storage protocols.
