We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office Executive at our travel agency. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about the travel and tourism industry and are eager to build a career in this field. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily office operations, handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and supporting the preparation of travel itineraries and tour quotations. You will also help with maintaining booking records, coordinating with hotels, transport vendors, and other travel service providers. Basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, printing documents, and organizing travel files will also be part of the role. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office, and possess good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages like Gujarati. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are key qualities we are seeking. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. This is a full-time position with fixed working hours, a friendly work environment, and opportunities for future growth. Candidates with a diploma in travel and tourism will be given preference.
