Job Overview: We are looking for skilled professionals to join our Packaging Labelling Machine team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting packaging and labelling machines, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate packaging and labelling machines to ensure smooth production. Adjust machine settings based on different product and packaging specifications. Monitor machine operations and inspect products to ensure high-quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records and report issues to the supervisor. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to optimize efficiency. Qualifications Requirements: Hard Skills: Experience operating packaging and labelling machines in a manufacturing setting. Understanding of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control standards. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production specifications. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify packaging or labelling defects. Excellent problem-solving and technical skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Team player with good communication skills. Commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency. Education Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in machine operation or industrial mechanics is an advantage. Preferred Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operating packaging or labelling machines. Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing is preferred.
