The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. The role involves generating leads, building partnerships with schools and corporates, and promoting our game zone experiences. Key Responsibilities: Actively pitch and promote Black Bunny to schools, corporates, and residential communities in Vadodara. Build strong relationships with potential clients to drive tie-ups, group bookings, and events. Identify and tap into local market opportunities to boost footfall and revenue. Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of B2B partnerships and bookings. Prepare regular reports on field activities, targets, and outcomes. Requirements: 1 to 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable personality with a confident approach. Strong understanding of the Vadodara local market and networking channels . Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
