Job Description: Interior Designer Location: Patna(Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Salary:20,000/ to Upto 30,000/- per Month Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative interior Designer with a Bachelors of Interior Design (B.I.D) degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of space planning, and the ability to deliver functional, aesthetic, and sustainable environments. You will work on a range of project including residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: · Consult with clients to determine needs, space requirements, and design preferences. · Develop conceptual and detailed interior designs through mood boards, sketches, CAD Drawings and 3D renders. · Plan and design interior layouts including space planning, lighting, color schemes ,and furniture arrangements. · Source and specify furnishings, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, and materials. · Produce and review technical drawing, presentations, and documentation. · Coordinate with the architects, contractors, vendors to ensure design implementation. · Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. · Stay informed on industry on trends, innovations, and the best practices in design and sustainability. Education& Qualification: · Bachelors Of Interior Design(BID) from a recognized institution. · 0-3+ years of experience in interior design · Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD,Sketchup,Revit,3DS Max, V-Ray,Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite. · Strong understanding of space planning, color theory ,materials, lightings design and furniture design. · knowledge of local building codes safety regulations, accessibility standards and sustainability guidelines. · Excellent visualization, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
