Job Description – Admission Consultant (Target-Based)Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-Time (Target-Based) Job Role & Responsibilities:We are hiring Admission Consultants to promote and support student admissions for our educational programs. Your main responsibility will be to guide prospective students and help them complete the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding course options. Share program details and benefits via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person (if local). Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions. Maintain records of students contacted and admitted. Provide accurate information about fees, admission dates, and required documents. Represent the Saikrishna Institute professionally in all communications. Salary Structure (Target-Based):💰 Performance Target: If you achieve 5 admissions in a month, you will earn a total of ₹15,000/-. 🧾 Basic Salary: If you do not meet the target (i.e., less than 5 admissions), you will still receive a basic salary of ₹6,000/- per month. 1. Job Overview As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent. • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (Fresher’s with relevant internships may apply). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.). 5.
