Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth daily operations of both the kitchen and dining area, including staff supervision, customer experience, hygiene, and overall administration. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities:1. Kitchen OversightCoordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for timely food preparation Monitor food quality, taste, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness Ensure proper stock levels of raw materials and kitchen supplies Prevent wastage and enforce portion control 2. Order ManagementOversee Swiggy/Zomato and direct takeaway orders Ensure online orders are packed and dispatched properly Maintain order accuracy and timely delivery coordination 5. Customer EngagementGreet and interact with customers, gather feedback Handle escalations and maintain a hospitable environment Encourage repeat visits and positive reviews Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant operations or admin role Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of restaurant software (POS, order dashboards, etc.) Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi a plus) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills:Food safety and FSSAI basics Inventory and cost control Staff training and motivation
