Job Title: Store Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates and other staff. Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to ensure a high-performing team. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure availability of key products. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management. Plan and execute promotional events or displays. Ensure proper cash handling, POS system operations, and financial reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail or sales. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management). Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
