Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a strong background in mechanical engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities efficiently, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. Key Responsibilities Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for production. Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability as per production requirements. Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, and stores) to identify purchasing needs. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any issues with suppliers. Stay updated on market trends and new product innovations. Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Additional Information Candidates with experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry will be preferred. Immediate joiners are highly desirable.
