The selected candi date will focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support within the organisation . This includes greeting and directing visitors, managing the office calendar and assisting with office supplies . Responsibilities In this exciting starting position, you will be: Answering and directing phone calls; Administrative tasks in coordination with the Facilities department ; Assisting with office logistics , suppliers and supporting Facilities-related projects ; Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department ; Providing general administrative and operational support ( e.g. document printing/formatting); Shar ing and collaborat ing effectively with others; Tak ing action to stay current with new and evolving technology; Handl ing information responsibly and confidentially; Uphold ing the firm's code of ethics and business conduct; Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field. Candidates who have completed a secretarial course will be preferred; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office ; Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation; Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders who might have conflicting priorities; Excellent influencing and communication skills; Ability to work proactively, and make decisions where appropriate ; Ability to develop internal and external relationships; Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills; We are inviting you to be part of The New Equation.
