Job Title: Service Advisor – Automobile Department: Service Location: Mahoba Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of vehicle repairs Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations to customers Prepare accurate repair estimates, including labor and parts costs Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of services Communicate service status updates to customers throughout the process Maintain detailed customer records and repair history in the system Upsell additional services based on vehicle condition and customer needs Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction Follow up with customers post-service to ensure quality and satisfaction Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines Collaborate with parts and sales departments to support customer needs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
