Coordination: Collaborating with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs and requests. Upselling/Promotion: Promoting hotel services and amenities, and potentially participating in sales initiatives. Financial Transactions: Handling cash, credit card transactions, and reconciling payments. Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment: Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and conducive to a positive guest experience.
