About the job: One of our clients is looking for a Relationship Manager. Role/Designation: Relationship Manager Reporting Manager: City Head Location: Maharashtra Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents. 2. Managing the complete life cycle of financial advisors/agents e.g., Meeting and interacting with them on regular basis 3. Training the financial advisors/agents on our app for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner 4. Driving partners for higher productivity and focus on renewals and ensuring that focus is not diluted. 5. Achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly targets as assigned by the manager/organization from time to time. 6. Understanding and aligning with company's policies and ensure full compliance. 7. Maintaining the highest level of business hygiene. 8. Identifying new approaches to enhance reach and generate more sales in the assigned region. 9. Working on the distribution of motor, life & health insurance and loans, credit card, NPS, et.c, and products as and when introduced by the organization. Education - Full-time HSC or Graduation. 2. Experience - 1+ year of experience in Sales and BD in the insurance industry. 3. Knowledge - In-depth understanding of business context. Understanding of insurance and financial products is an added advantage. 4. Exposure - Familiarity with all types of insurance plans and financial products (Life, Health, Motor) 5. Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders. 6. IT Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
