Compliance and Reporting ● Submit detailed MIS reports on business performance, risks, and trends ● Ensure full adherence to internal policies, ethical conduct, and regulatory norms ● Maintain a structured documentation system for field operations and decision logs # Conclusion: The role of General Manager is vital in establishing the operational and sales backbone of Sure Growth Solution IMF Pvt.
