This position is ideal for individuals who have experience in telecalling and are familiar with CRM software. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, converting leads into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to potential customers and existing clients to generate leads and confirm orders. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM. Follow up with leads, track their responses, and ensure timely conversion. Provide product information to customers and resolve their inquiries. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to increase sales opportunities. Meet monthly sales targets and key performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close deals effectively. Record and maintain detailed logs of calls, conversations, and feedback in the CRM system. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Follow up on pending payments and overdue accounts. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the B2B or wholesale sector. Strong knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. A positive attitude with a focus on results.
