We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure timely order management and dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process and track daily e-commerce orders across various platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Update and maintain accurate records of orders in Excel or Google Sheets. Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or production team for replenishment. Maintain SKU-wise product availability report. Packaging & Dispatch: Coordinate packaging of products as per standard guidelines. Ensure timely dispatch of orders through courier partners or aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart). Generate shipping labels and maintain dispatch logs. Customer Communication (Basic): Assist in resolving order-related queries like delays, address issues, or RTOs. Communicate with courier partners and update delivery status if needed.
