- Convert the lead to sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, references, networking etc.) - Identifying new customers & references from existing customers. - Maintaining healthy customer relationships and providing any support as & when required. - Working towards fulfilling the order received by the customer by working along with the backend team to ensure that the order is dispatched on time. - Maintaining the updated product catalogue to share with the customers. - Evaluating and sharing the experience in the market on a daily basis to improve the marketing strategy. - Identify the supply chain of dealers in respective locations. - Identify prospective direct customers ( Clubs). - Maintaining a list of customers in different locations to identify existing, prospective customers and customers using other brands. - Work along with the seniors in converting the lead and meeting sales targets. - Building relationships with the existing customers to understand their experience and share feedback on the products used. - Planning with the senior to tap the dealers & increase the sales network(Channel Partners) in the respective location as per the demand of the products. - To prepare a daily report and get it reviewed on a daily basis by the manager. - Converting leads into sales would be the ultimate key responsibility. - Perform other duties as necessary. - Maintaining Database for future reference. * Traveling to various parts of India to capture the market and their needs is a part of this role Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, Tally, Internet and emails, online marketing,social media, and content marketing Keywordscommunication,negotiation,Tally,online marketing,social media,content marketing,marketing strategy,customer relationship management,Sales*
