Your Role — Leading a team of HESPL Field Staff & Haqdarshaks team to ensure that Entrepreneurs Are linked with government and private financing schemes and documents. — EnsureHiring, Training and provide mentorship and training support to Field Agents* (Haqdarshaks- HD). — Spendat least70%ofthetimeonthefield engaging with partners, entrepreneurs and team members. — Build and Maintain relationships with field officials of Financial institutions, Government Agencies and developmental organizations. Project Development and Management: — Developing and maintaining relationships with partner institutions and other stakeholders (Govt Agencies- DIC, NULM,SRLM,KVIC, KVIB, etc). — Developing and maintaining relationships with partner institutions and other stakeholders (Financial Institutions- Public Sector Banks,PVT Banks, Coop Banks, RRBs, NBFC,MFI, FINTECH, P2P Companies,SIDBI, State Financial Corporations, etc). — Project Stakeholder Management- Identification of stakeholders like NGOs, Industry Associations, Industry Bodies, Social Organizations etc for effective execution of Project deliverables. — Develop and Implement a project reporting framework.
