Roles & Responsibilities  Operate and program CMM machines Wenzel using software like Quartis.  Interpret 2D drawings, GD&T, and perform precision measurement of machined/critical components.  Analyze and report inspection results to production and quality teams.  Plan and execute the calibration schedule for all measuring instruments and gauges  Maintain calibration records, traceability, and certificates in line with ISO9001/AS9100/IATF16949.  Generate dimensional inspection reports as required.  Identify and report dimensional deviations, support root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions Required Competency  Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation –Mechanical Engineering  Minimum 5-7 years experienced in in CMM operations, calibration, and quality inspection  Proficient in CMM programming and GD&T interpretation.  Strong knowledge of metrology and calibration standards.  Familiar with ISO9001:2015/ AS9100 / IATF16949:2016 requirements.  MS Office and Quality documentation proficiency.
