Corporate Compliance & RoC Filings: Ensure that clients are compliant with RoC filings, such as annual returns, company formation, and other statutory filings under the Companies Act. Provide advisory support on corporate governance and regulatory matters. Client Management & Advisory: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and solutions tailored to their business needs. Handle client queries related to accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial planning. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members and CA Article Assistants, providing guidance on technical matters, and assisting with their professional development. Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings and client requirements. Requirements: Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI membership.
