Role & Responsibilities • Resolution of customer complaints • Adherence of centre SOP • Monitoring and Reporting market trends • Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting • Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting • Maintaining store hygiene • Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles. • Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions. • Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.
