Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and high-integrity individual who can lead the entire setup and execution of this media lab from the ground up. You will be the brain, the backbone, and the voice of this lab. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Setup of 100-Seater Office (Space, Furniture, Power, Internet, Layout) Hire and manage 200+ digital workers in two shifts Coordinate with vendors for hardware, internet, software Enforce discipline, daily output tracking & performance reviews Ensure secrecy, loyalty, and ideological alignment of team Run daily operations: content calendar, Shorts posting, trend response Liaise with central command for vision and weekly targets Maintain a data log, performance report & workforce tracker Eligibility Criteria: Proven experience in operations / digital media / political work / rural campaigns Strong leadership, multitasking & people management skills Should be tech-savvy and organized Must have emotional and ideological alignment with Indian civilizational values Willing to work full-time from Sleemnabad No political affiliation needed, but ideological clarity is a must Confidentiality Required: You will be entrusted with a mission-critical campaign .
